regression: no sound played at message arrival

the sound output for messages was removed in the rewrite of the message system ( see http://widelands.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/widelands/trunk/src/logic/message_queue.h?limit_changes=0&r1=4984&r2=4955&pathrev=4984 )

It should be reimplemented.

reimplemented the functionality from before the rewrite. the sound is now played in the player.cc

As there were some requests to make the sound output optional, I will add some more stuff and commit your patch with those changes.
