Set default AI to random tribe

Bug Description

When starting a new game with AI they are set as Barbarians by default. I prefer random AI tribes - would "random" be a better default setting?

I guess this is a matter of taste. I prefer a natural ordering and
random comes last for me... but as said, a matter of taste.

The question is why Barbarians are prefered. For me as a new player (first version was build16), all tribes are more or less equal.

So I think if we have a "neutral" feature (=random), it should be used as default setting. The rest of the list can stay as it is. I can never decide what tribe my enemies should be, so I always set them to random.

This still annoys me. I guess a fix would be quite easy (though I am no programmer).

It is not very hard to implement this, I already done it (with some standard clean up).
I have tested it and it works (only implemented for single player (non scenario)).
