Make it possible to restart scenario

I often try some possibilities and options, in which sequence to build the buildings and change regularly the place.
Sometimes, i struck cause of no wood/stone or some buildings are not very clever positioned.

So an 1-click option to begin the scenario again (in the options menue or a shortcut) would be appreciated.

Would also be useful in other situation, such as if you have no hope of winning a campaign map.

I was fairly sure there was already a bug report on this, but I couldn't find it. Please mark this as a duplicate if it already exists.

This is similar issue to Load game from inside a game (there is already
a bug report for that). bottom line: quite hard to pull of at the
current state of things.

One thing which occured to me if this is feasible is whether we want to have this option available for multiplayer games or not. Might require a voting system or similar to keep other players from resetting the game against your will.

Might make sense to look at bug 726589 at the same time as this one.
