This bug report picks up from bug#676955.
The In-game Help feature was introduced in Build 17. However, many help items for the Barbarian tribe still require content.

We need to alert inexperienced players to the fact that you can accidentally
exclude some wares from ever being produced when you
restrict the inhouse storage capacity for input wares too much.
see:

I am quite certain that we'll get some frustrated posts if we don't.
However, I am not sure about the best way to do so.

About #2: if you have insufficent wares, the building tooltip will display a warning similar to
"failed to produce fancy ware because requirement and requirement and requirement:2 is missing"
(See for instance the barbarian helmsmithy)

So this will already list which wares (and more importantly how many) is needed before production can resume. Perhaps this is sufficient?

Sufficient for you and me and several others for sure :)
But I still think that it should be commented in a help file if one is available.
But where exactly?

In a help for all those houses that make goods requiring more than one input ware of a kind?
In a help file for the UI when the "input ware slider" is explained?
Within a manual?

all of the above?
I tend to think that with the house might be the most helpful for an inexpereinced use.

We have no help texts for all buildings, therefore setting to fix committed.
The needed wares can be looked up in the Tribal Ware Encyclopedia. It would of course be great to combine the help systems, but that should be discussed in another bug (is there already one?).
