production site's window not updated as soon the delivery starts

Bug Description

The production site's window is updated only when the animation of delivery terminates.
This means that if you stop the production as soon the animation starts (carrier exiting building) the window will still show the complete supply of wares.

I think it's a graphical problem only, because if you reduce the queue so that the used (but not shown as used) wares should be removed no wares will go out.

To reproduce:
build a woodhardener, wait it fills, stop production as soon as the carrier exits building, and check that all trunks are still present.

Saving/reload doesn't solve the problem
