Bug Description
Alt-Tabbing away from Widelands to any other program in Windows XP SP3 leaves you without a mouse cursor, when
WL is run in Fullscreen ("Grab input" is disabled).
It work flawless in r6107, so this is a regression.

My fault. I've replaced the wrong SDL.dll in my package...
