Bug Description

This is a sequel to a bugreport where we discussed whether the fact that fishermen cannot work, when all shorelines within reach are roads.
Then we were not sure whether this should be corrected, or seen as a feature.
It now shows that tree infested shorelines (or a combination of trees and roads) show the same problem.
Fishermen seem to need a cleared shoreline, free from any obstacles.
I wonder if trees should really prevent a fisherman from work.

Will this trigger the "out of resources"-message when the road is blocked?

Also, could you link to the other bug report in case people, as I assume there is some discussion there already.

Yes, If I remember correctly, It does trigger that message.
I would have linked to this discussion already, if only I could find it.
I think it was SirVer himself who decided to call it a feature and won't fix (roads), but
I am not even sure about that. Sorry

If roads block fisherman, so should trees imho.
