show worker and his tool in construction and production site window background

This is for the wishlist:
I would like to see the worker and his tool in the background of the productionsite and the contruction site window displayed along with his workshop.
This would be a great help for understanding the game, especially for newcomers.
You learn more quickly to understand some details, if you have that imformation readily at hand.
There is usually space enough.
This does not need to be a still from the animated blender worker sequences, but should be the icons as displayed in
"stock" plus an icon for the tool.
In this case it would also help in identifying those icons, which is not always easy for beginners.

I remember that settlers 2 had this. I didn't figure the symbols out before I already knew which worker was related to which building though.

This would be useful when the player is wondering why their building is missing a worker. Today I couldn't understand why a winegrower wasn't being created, as I had two baskets in stock. If the worker window showed that a shovel was required it would be helpful.
