Statistics window need help functionality

Both the "General Statistics" and the "Wares Statistics" windows have a help button in the lower left corner. Clicking this button doesn't do anything.

Right. I guess they are intended as a part of the help system (which is not yet in place, see bug 676955)
In the meantime I reckon they can be removed/commented out, until they actually do something.

Since that should be a minor tweak, I've targeted it towards build16 so far. If the required change is considered too large, feel free to retarget. :)

It should be a minor tweak, but the bug is non critical. build 16 should be as identical to the release candidate as we do not wish to break things that we didn't anticipate to break. Retargetted.
