Misleading attack messages

On the map "The ancient sun of fire" I (blue) have a castle near the E branch. The castle is finished but empty and disconnected from the economy. Every time the red AI (NE) attack the yellow AI (E) I receive a message that the empty castle is attacked.
The attached savegame can be used as a base. Sooner or later the situation will occur on its own.

The revision is 5784 by the way.
When the message comes in the neighbouring castles "twitch", meaning soldiers try to exit and engage the enemy but turn around before exiting. This can be noticed observing the numbers on the soldiers in the building.
I think the whole thing is caused because the enemy has to pass through my territory.

Happens here as well. Really strange. This is pure speculation, but I wonder if the AI see it as an attackable building even though it is empty. ( I assume it has some check to decide which enemy buildings are potential targets).

Too old to still be verifiable. The AI and the battle code has changed quite a lot too, so this might be gone.
