Bug Description
When a carrier that transports goods on the roads have to wait for another carrier (as the intersection is full or another carrier is about to move into the intersection) it appears as if to be walking - that is, the walking animation is not changed when standing

I personally like it that way because it gives a visual clue that your roads are over saturated. Also it looks like they are a bit panicking because they cannot get their work done.
+1 for keeping it that way. More opinions please.
