toggle pause with Pause key

Bug Description

It would be nice that the "p" key toggles the pause in the game, as in many games.

We already have PageDown, PageUp, which is just what we need.

PageDown seems to only decrease the value with 1 every time the screen is redrawn. And since the drawing frequency can be well below 1 Hz when the game speed is high, it can take a minute to get down from high speed to pause. This is unacceptable. There must be a way to immediately pause, using the Pause key, and then go back to high speed by pressing it again.
