Metaserver should check connectability

Bug Description

The check whether a game is connectable or not, is not working correctly. (e.g. Games behind a firewall are shown as open).

Original bug report:

1) Tables that are opened and are connectable don't get the needed updates, so playrs already connected to the lobby will see the server as "closed"
2) The check whether a game is joinable or not is not working correctly. (e.g. Games behind a firewall are shown as open)
3) doubleclicking a closed entry in the serverlist leads widelands to try to connect to it.

1) and 3) are fixed now. Still 2) is open.

This is a game_server module bug, so no blocker for build14.

The new Metaserver is doing a connectability check, isn't it? I got an error when my port forwarding wasn't set to the correct local IP address. Can we set this bug to "Fix Committed"?

I wasn't aware, that there still was a seperate bug for this issue (although I filed it in ;) ). Thanks for finding this :)
