Some Map Editor tools (Resources) are not translatable

Hi guys,
In the Map Editor, several objects aren't translated to French (MacOS version):
- in the "Resource utils options", the resources have English names (i.e. "gold" instead of "or").
- in the "Select Terrain Type", the types appear in German (i.e. "bergwiese" instead of "pâturage").

The problem could also be that those are not properly tagged in the source code. This should be checked.

The terrain types are also reported in bug 584576. They are currently not translatable, so that affects all languages.

French should currently be 100% translated (https://translations.launchpad.net/widelands/trunk/+lang/fr), though I'm not sure if the latest changes have been pushed to trunk. Therefore I assume the resources are probably not marked as translatable either.

With r6728, the resources are displayed with translated names in the editor, so I consider this fixed. As for the terrain types, see also bug 1215075.

PS. Please let us know if there are any other untranslatable strings in the future.
