Save all subdirectories in scripting packet

Bug Description
Since the scripting packet can now contain tribe units, we should also saveload all subdirectories to make it easier to define custom animations etc.

While i generally agree, we should have some checks to prevent unwanted files. As far i remember SirVer talked about a map on the server which contained an unwanted file (text file or a script?).
E.g.: It should be prevented to add a custom license to a map.
No idea how to make a check for this though.
