high processor load single player launch game screen

Bug Description

While starting a single player game with a big map / a lot of players the game creates a very high processor load as soon as you reach the launch game screen where to chosse the win condition and the tribe of each player. If some players are deactivated the load is reduced. On my old machine 8 players are causing 50% processor load with the mouse slowed down in response.
