Bug Description
The style how some of the objectives for empire mission 3 is not consistent with the rest of the campaign. All objectives need to be formulated as imperative.

just found that writing the numbers from 1 to 12 is not consistent within the missions so we need to change empire 03 small numbers to the written form.
