stock menu closes when statistics menu is closed

Bug Description
since a couple of trunk revisions I noticed the following behaviour:
1. start a game
2. open stock menu with the "i" key
3. open statistics menu
4. close statistics menu
then the stock menu closes as well. this does not happen if you opened the stock via the statistics menu. It doesn't happen if you do this a second time either, just for the first time the stats menu is opened with the stock_menu already opened.
