Bug Description
I find the behavior of automatically popping up the dismantle site window disturbing.
When i have chosen to dismantle a building, for about 100% i have no interest in the dismantle site window and have to close this window manually with a right click. This could lead into several 'dismantle-> close dismantle site window' actions, e.g. when several military buildings are conquered and i want to free up some soldiers from within them. I think this is additional action a player has to do, without any need for it.
Other opinions?

I seem to remember that I have already fixed this in one of my bazillion branches, I can't remember which one right now.
