Bug Description

Lets face it. Since about two month I (and others) see crahes after playing some time.
I personally remeber about 5 such crashes by now (bzr8356[widelands]). It hit me low in graphics blitting, TextureCache, sorting/casts and simliar conditions. I can only assume its a memeory corruption (use after free, write past buffer, stray pointer) etc. But for me it always takes at least half an hour to occur. When I restart it does not happen again. It seem to happen more often when the Game / Map is large (like the Nile). I found this on OSX only, as my Ubuntu installation is quite new, perhaps.

That said I will use this Bug to attach my further findings here.

* Is there some special malloc / debug library we can use?
* Any other ideas how to find this?
* can anybody confirm when this happend the first time?
