Bug Description

When playing Crossing the Horizon with Fortified Village, there isn't enough iron to start en expedition. We could

1. Edit the map
2. Edit the starting condition

I am in favour of 2, because it will fix this for all maps that might have the same problem.

Reported on the forum: https://wl.widelands.org/forum/topic/2785/

Suggested fix by removing the iron demand for ports: https://wl.widelands.org/forum/topic/2787/

Bug normally should be invalid due to enough iron available in the smithies. One need just to remove the iron from them or they will use all of it for weapons.

However AI will need some iron on the map to be able to build a ship. starting iron won't help it. Iron needs to be discovered lately, to have a chance having a port constructionsite already.

So either we skip iron for the barbarian port, we add some iron to the map, or we just set AI Players to empire or atlanteans or frisians
