<parent> directory is not working

Bug Description

Widelands, dev 7670 & 7681 (Tino's builds). Windows 10.
<parent> button doesn't work any more. I can't go to any upper directory. In searching ANY file (mutliplayer, singleplayer, editor, replay, ...?).
Issue probably connected to Windows only. I've tried on Ubuntu and everything was ok.

Yes, duplicate (Why I couldn't find that?), sorry for that ;)
But the bug is a bit extended: all <parent> I've tested didn't work, not only editor "save"

Here on Linux it is only possible to make subfolders in editor to save a map. For single player it isn't possible.
