Translation missing in editor and in replay tooltip

Bug Description
In "Watch replay", modes like SP (single player) can be translated to other languages.
The string of the tooltip can be translated only in part (see attached image; red words cannot be translated).
In the editor, if you create a "New Random Map" and then go to "Player options", there are two strings ("Random player" and the culture) that aren't translated accordingly.

Nice catch. Looks like these strings aren't marked for translations, though they presumably should be.
Btw, for next time please file separate bug reports. If one is fixed, but the other left open, it is tricky to assign status. A nice rule of thumb is "one issue per bug, one bug per issue". :)
