Bug Description

When I open the tribal encyclopedia I can't use the mouse wheel to browse the entries.
It works only after clicking on one of the wares and not directly after opening.

Damnn... on the right side.... i searched for such a function a lot at the top, but i didn't took a look on the right side... *facepalm* ... sorry.
