"Win Condition" vs. "Type of game"

Bug Description

I think that on the replay and savedgame selection screens the current "Win Condition" text and its tooltip should be changed to "Type of game" and accordingly. I think currently it looks weird, and at least not consequent, as in the game creation screen it is "Type of game". Win condition is rather what is written in the tooltip on the game creation screen.

Also the tooltip could be changed to the condition description, instead of the not too informative "The win condition that was set for this game".

Maybe strange only for me, but in my language it would sound even more weird.

Type of Game can be either a win condition or "scenario" in the load game screen, hence the confusion.

Improving the tooltips for the load game/replay screens isn't trivial, as the win condition is localized before being saved to the game file. I think that some changes in the save games would need to be made.

Nothing at the moment - I would touch this when redesigning LaunchSPG and LaunchMPG, which I have postponed to Build 20.
