2014-03-27 11:22:20 wl-zocker description Some rather technical things I remarked when playing the atl01: - In some story texts (I think about three), there is formatting stuff shown (see attached screenshot). This happens within the English and the German version (though the German version does not contain the translation yet, the screenshot is from the German version). - When the screen scrolls somewhere because of the story, it does not scroll back. In the other campaigns (e.g. the first Barbarian campaign), it does scroll back to the position it had before. The player can continue what he was about to do. This might be important when the player is building a road, and when he clicks somewhere it just shows "Cancel road". (Side note: Is it possible to delay the story texts until the player is doing "nothing"? It is annoying when they pop up while being in road building mode.) - When the water begins to raise and my buildings get lost, I get a pop-up message for every building ("We lost a ... to the ocean!"). This hinders the gameplay because the player is most likely not anymore interested in his village, but rather focuses on getting to the lake and building ships as fast as possible. - The message is actually "We lost a %s to the ocean!", which causes problems in some languages. (e.g. in German, "a" has to be translated to "ein", "eine" or "einen", depending on the gender of the noun. Other languages might need to decline the noun.)
