I have had a look at the code again, the important line here is map.find_portdock - we will need a second variant of that function especially for the buildhelp. I still don't want to touch that for Buid19 though.

And then we will also need a blue icon for the big building, because in your first screenshot, the port space needs to be highlighted, but it isn't available for building a port yet.
