Error when loading savegame saved in replay

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Two computer players play, I am the spectator.
- Watch a replay of the game.
- Save during the replay.
- Try to load the replay (in single or multiplayer mode).
After a short loading time, the game crashes with a error message. The stderr is empty, the last few lines of the stdout are:
Game: Reading Player Economies Info ... done
Game: Reading Command Queue Data ... Fata exception: Kommandoschlange: [c:/data/
Object_Manager: ouch! remaining objects
lastserial: 2444
Spieldatenfehler
Kommandoschlange: [c:/data/
