Cursor Key Navigation in table not complete

Bug Description
In the tables:
- Load single player game
- Load replay
I can navigate "up" with the "Cursor up" key, but not "down".
In the tables:
- Choose map (for single player and multi player games)
- Resolutions Settings (in the Options)
- Language Settings (in the Options)
I can not navigate at all with the Cursor keys.
Inconsistent behavior is not nice.

Both up and down works fine here. Could you check the message (news) window and see whether you can move in both directions there?
The three latter tables have no keyboard support at all, though, and would be nice to have.
