The table of contents in the screenshot looks good BTW - it is sorely needed.

I have been thinking, we could do both Doxygen and RTS - RTS for Lua scripting folks, and C++ for engine developers. This way, we can insulate Lua developers from the nitty-gritty of the engine, and also have 2 different documentation versions for the same function if needed.

I have never build the Doxygen documentation personally though, because I just use my IDE to navigate the code. So, I have no idea what state it's in - we certainly don't keep to the standard.
