Allow map editing without world name

I wanted to change a map name via the admin interface, but got refused by the form, because the world name was empty.

The solution will be simple: The column has to be allowed to be blank. I think we could also allow at least the column 'hint' to be empty. Maybe also the description?

The one who works on this should also take a look at the admin page for maps to make it more clear, e.g. make the editable parts on top and hide the non editable parts behind a 'more' button.

Yes, hint can definitely be empty. I'm no fan of empty descriptions, but I think the map editor does allow it.

I have changed the admin page and tried to group it into three logical sections. See screenshot. I have also set some fields in the admin site to 'read only'. Changing the name is also possible now.
