Bug Description

Step to reproduce: On our website, move your mouse pointer to the upper half of the button "Home".
Expected result: The button changes its appearance, and a drop-down menu opens (same thing as if you move your mouse to the lower half).
Actual result: Nothing happens.

This issue (upper and lower half behave differently) only concerns the first 3.5 buttons (the right half of "Forums" works completely).
The is also a difference when you click on the buttons: The upper half brings you to the starting page, the lower half to an individual site ("Home" brings you to the starting page in all cases, which is intended).

Tested with Firefox 23 and IE10 on Win7.

I am aware of this problem. The reason is that the transparent logo lies above these buttons. One solution is to move the logo to the top but I think it looks better if it slightly overlaps the navigation bar. However i think now that useability is more important.
