Bug Description

I have noticed that the computer tends to build an excessive amount of military buildings without the capability to man these. Now I know that has to do with a poor AI, but it got me thinking that there should be some sort of indication that a military building is occupied. Something like a extra large flag with a sword/axe symbol would do. This would be very useful to me atleast as I wouldn't have to click 20 military buildings to find the one that is occupied. A time saver, but not a game ruiner.

Thoughts?

Actually this is already implemented: Unoccupied military buildings don't show flags on top, occupied buildings show flags in player color. However this is only the case for barbarians AFAIK because the other tribes are missing graphics to show the difference.

I've mostly been playing against barbarians and I've looked for that kind of indication but I must have missed which tells me that I might need new glasses or that the indication could be emphasized further. I'm leaning towards the second option, because it's cheaper for me :)

For Barbarians you can also check whether anyone has lighted the fire close to the building.

That said, similar signs should be added for the other tribes.

The "unoccupied" state for buildings is a relatively recent addition (i.e. it is new in Build 17). I will review the Barbarian military buildings for the correct use of the feature. The graphics for the military buildings of the other tribes will subsequently be addressed, as well.

Thank you for reporting this condition. We'll see if we can save you the cost of some new eyeglasses, at least by build 18. ;)

Hehe I appreciate it!

And just so you know I've been playing build17 but did not notice those indications, but at least now I know what to look for. Thanks!

As noone is currently actively working on graphics targetting these seems silly. Removed for now.

Although the AI builds less buildings, this would still be nice.
