Bug Description
I'd like to be able to connect to openvpn within wicd.
Multiple VPN configurations should be remembered.
Each vpn configuration would specify a config file, username, and password fields.
You would select the VPN (or add a new one) within the interface Properties dialog, but the VPN referencs would be shared across any network (e.g. when connecting to a new wireless network, you should be able to select a previously created OpenVPN configuration)
Any refinements to the spec are appreciated!

Indeed, build-in support for VPN (PTPP and OpenVPN) in wicd would be nice.
