Bug Description

Good time of day.
I`ve experienced the next problem: shortly after wicd deamon started, my ArchLinux laptop completly freezes with no reaction on keyboard and Ctrl-Alt-Del combination. Laptop is HP Mini 210-2000er with Broadcom BCM4313 wifi module. OS: ArchLinux with kernel 2.6.37. Wicd version is: 1.7.0-6 (package installed from [extra] Arch repositary)
There are no suspicted messages in /var/log/messages and /var/log/wicd that can get me a clue to solve the problem. The only reason I can suppose is some kind of inconvenience between wicd-daemon and kernel module brcm80211 serving the wifi card. But I have no idea when to dig to make it all work properly.
I would appreciate for any information, advise or solution.

If you can reproduce this using the command line client on console 0 (<CTRL><ALT><F1>) there may be messages that could not make it to the logs.

the command line client for wicd, or wpa_supplicant directly may be able to help here.

Thanks
Joe

Ctrl-Alt-F1 does nothing, the whole system is frozen. Starting wicd service or running dhcpcd at anytime will freeze the whole system, incl keyb/mouse and any ssh connections. My only work around is to boot with static IP

Any debug flags to enable or logs you would like me to send?
