Bug Description
When wicd Network Manager's window is open I have high cpu. I've include a couple of screen shots. The first showing the low cpu before before opening it, me typing in here, then the high cpu when it is open. The second is when i close it, and it goes immediately back to practically nothing. The sawtooth of spikes of cpu is characteristic.
