Disconnect All causes network scripts to be run everytime you click it

Bug Description

If I disconnect from my wireless network using "Disconnect All" it works fine, but if I keep on hitting the button my disconnect (pre and post) scripts for that network will be run over again.

Running 1.6.2.
Ubuntu 8.04

Is just:

Repeated for each time I hit "Disconnect All"
