Notification overflow on connect/disconnect event

When Wicd connects, attempts to connect or disconnects it does not give a simple notification of this but it gives me a huge number of them. This varies but sometimes I receive 10 or 12 of them at the same time (as you can see on the attached picture).

System information: Xfce desktop environment version 4.12, Debian 10 Buster, kernel release 4.19.0-6-amd64

Hi you can use wicd script support for this. I was using this functionality long ago. These are my scripts but its in Turkish. You can use them with some google translate support:) They are very short and not complex.

# add this script to any wicd /etc (connect,postconnect ..) directory you want to receive notify.
