Wicd-gtk Floating Window Instead of Normal

Bug Description

Wicd-gtk window should obviously be a floating one, so it would be properly rendered in some of tiling WMs (e.g. in i3). Thus it would preserve consistency, since it is the way wicd window is usually rendered in GNOME and other DEs.

Wicd 1.7.4

This seems to be a matter of taste. With tiling window managers such as i3, I do expect as few floating windows (unless I request them to be floating) as possible and I'm annoyed by every popup window which does not adhere to my window layout.

As I would like to point out - this is not a matter of taste/opinion, but, again, a matter of consistency. Switching to LXDE (or whatever), wicd-gtk by default opens up as a window of humble size, with the width designed (I assume) to fit the network options perfectly.
Maybe add a tick somewhere in the Preferences to treat window as float?
