Bug Description

If a wireless network is overcrowded, connecting to it takes some time. Current code in wnettools.py sets timeout for WPA too low to get connection on a busy network.
For end user it looks like wicd is connecting and disconnecting from a wireless network and filling dmesg with messages like "aborting authentication with X by local choice (Reason: 3=DEAUTH_LEAVING)"

An easy workaround is to increase numeric constant "MAX_TIME" from 35 to 60 (or similar larger value) in file wnettools.py
A better option would be a configurable option under "advanced" settings to let endusers increase timeout for busy networks.

Tested with 1.7.4 on Gentoo.
