wicd crash on start when unable to chgroup

Bug Description
WICD-daemon.py crashes at start, when it is not possible to chown the log file.
The crash happens as the group object might not exist if there is a problem with the log file.
Albeit wrong permissions on the log file are a packaging issue, wicd should not crash due to that. I attach a patch that solves the crash.
