Pasted/dragged text on Windows doesn't display tab characters

Bug Description
See screenshot: tab is drawn in the text dialog, but displays as a square on the canvas.
Will have to work around it somehow, or ask for a patch to wx since it doesn't happen on Linux and there *is* a way to draw the tabs using the Windows API
