When starting manually from a root shell with:
export CRASH_DB_URL=https://daisy.ubuntu.com
whoopsie -f
He's getting:
Could not get the Network Manager state: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.freedesktop.NetworkManager was not provided by any .service files.
Could it be that whoopsie is somehow trying to reconnect/re-resolve the host every few seconds on systems without NetworkManager or is the DBUS error unrelated?
A friend of mine reported the same symptoms.
