No manual entry for whoopsie
See 'man 7 undocumented' for help when manual pages are not available.

It would be nice to know what this daemon is, how it works, command line arguments etc.

Please, somebody who understands this service, take 10 minutes and write a man page.

If this process is important enough to run on every Ubuntu system, it's important enough to get a document to explain why it's running.
