PhpGedView to webtrees transfer wizard does nothing?

I'm attempting to migrate a phpgedview site to webtrees and running into a problem with the transfer wizard. The site was 3.3.4 and successfully upgraded to 4.3.4 for the migration, but when I get to admin_pgv_to_wt.php and I've specified the path to the phpgedview site, it reports a few things and then stops. Here's the output:

From the output, it looked kind of like the wizard is having trouble finding the config file that resides in /usr/web/SITE/phpgedview-3.3.4final/config.php but even after copying it to /usr/web/SITE/phpgedview-3.3.4final/index/config.php there was no difference. Not sure what to try next before digging into the wizard code itself. Any help?
