Bug Description
The latin user names with trailing special characters are wrong on rtl pages at leat in Chrome.
I see the issue at least on pages:
my page user welcome block [the existing dir="auto" does not work on rtl text and ltr user names]
my logout block
my edituser.php page
admin user-lists (admin.php & admin_users.php in list and edit this user)
Perhaps function getRealName() should include dir="auto".
I have in production several users who have registered with a trailing ).

We see still the trailing special characters of ltr real names on rtl pages to the left at least on the edituser.php, the admin_users.php and the admin_users.php - edit pages.
If we add dir= "auto" to the edit pages, the name is printed to the left.
I do not know where the User administration table is filled.
