Help text is being moved from "pop up windows" to inline text.

This options on this page need new labels and/or descriptions.

For example, it is better to use postive actions (show lines) instead of negative ones (hide lines).

I wonder whether the first message is still useful. I made several tries and I have never seen a flag in this diagram.
