Bug Description
The import wizard can fail with a foreign key constraint error when copying data from the five genealogy tables into wt_gedcom_chunk.
This can happen due to errors in PGV - I guess an incomplete delete.
webtrees needs to copy only data that has a valid entry in wt_gedcom
