Entering coordinates for a location should show parent map

Bug Description

This is more of an enhancement suggestion than a bug report.

When entering coordinates for a location in the google map module, the map is centered to coordinates 0,0. To simplify finding the new location the map should be centered to the nearest known parent location instead, since it is probable that the location to enter is then somewhere on the visible map.

This happens at least on Administration -> Google Maps -> Place check

And yes, it should have been an RNF on the forum. However, the SEARCH function easily helps you place a fast marker.

Yes, a duplicate. I agree with Stephen. The local / global search options work fine. No need or anything else.

I don't think that it is a duplicate, and after a bit more thought I really would consider this strange behaviour a bug.

Take this location as an example:
Bryntahem, Velinga, Tidaholm, Skaraborgs län, Sverige

Say I have specified the location and zoom levels for all parts of the place hierarchy except the lowest level, Bryntahem.
When I click on Bryntahem to specify the coordinates, I am presented with with a map showing a total bogus place in the middle of the ocean far from what I am interested in, with a marker already there (why is there a marker there already). Clicking any of the search buttons returns no hits or far too many hits as for most lowest-level locations. All of the parent locations with their respective zoom levels would have shown the lowest-level location within the map view which would make it much easier to find the house, without having to navigate around half the world.
