Bug Description

 In my terminal I type: :~$ sudo google-chrome-stable
[0916/113816:ERROR:nss_util.cc(96)] Failed to create /home/paulie/.pki/nssdb directory.
   I got updates & dist-upgrade, google-chrome-stable was upgraded, along with others. I restarted and google-chrome-stable is nowhere to be found ? Do I have to download it all again...... Something is wrong with Software Center I bet! I mean, every time I use it, it ends up failing, so I goto terminal.... WTH
